To apply, please fill out the form and include links to your website and/or Instagram page. Please add a few words about yourself and your practice, as well as any scheduling conflicts you may have in the next 12 months to ensure you get placed in a session that best fits your availability. At this time Catalyst hosts five eight-week sessions a year, broken into two 10-12 person cohorts per session. Once accepted we will reach out to discuss scheduling and next steps.
